		<description>Hi Jordan, Sorry about the delay in replying to your comment. To answer your question, I believe it would NOT be safe to eat the meat from cattle that have died of bloat. The reason being, in MY opinion, when the gas accumulates, which is what bloat is, it would change the internal working of the digestive system and change things at a cellular level. I would think it would cause toxins to build up in the cells, making it unsafe to eat the meat. I have a friend who is a vet nurse, so I will check this information but please ALWAYS CHECK WITH A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE EATING ANY ANIMAL THAT HAS DIED. Suzi</description>
